"Prices are decent, depending on what you’re buying"
I’ve used Import Image Racing a couple times, and the prices seem okay overall. I found a few parts that were cheaper than other places I checked, so that made me feel like they were a good option, at least for certain stuff.
That said, not everything felt like some amazing deal. A couple items ended up being about the same price, or maybe even a little more once shipping was added, which is kind of annoying but also normal I guess. I’d still look there again, but I’d probably compare prices first because cheaper is cheaper, unless it isn’t after shipping.

"Stock info was a bit unreliable"
The site said it was in stock, but it didn’t actually ship until later. Not the end of the world, but the extra waiting around felt unnecessary

"Shipping felt a little off"
I ordered a part from Import Image Racing and the shipping was just kind of whatever. It didn’t take a crazy long time or anything, but for some reason it still felt slower than I wanted. The tracking was also weirdly slow to update, so for a couple days I had that annoying feeling of not really knowing where it was. The part did show up fine and nothing was damaged, so that part was good. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but the shipping left me feeling a little underwhelmed.

My order got processed quickly, which was nice. The tracking info took a little longer to show up though, i was starting to wonder if it had vanished into the void. But nope, all good in the end.

I did end up getting my refund, but it took a few extra days longer than I expected. Not a huge deal in the end, and it was handled okay, but whoever runs this really needs to make the refund process a bit smoother.

I ordered a few parts and expected there might be a delay or at least some small mix-up, but everything arrived exactly on the day they said it would. The box had all the items I picked, nothing missing and nothing wrong. It was simple, smooth, and way less of a hassle than I was expecting.

I grabbed a few parts from Import Image Racing after noticing a promo code on their site, i was kinda pumped when the discount actually worked at checkout. That doesn’t always happen, so it was a nice little win.
Shipping was reasonable, and the final price came out better than a couple other places I had checked. I’ll probably keep an eye on their sales next time I need something for my car.

"Checkout was fine, just a little clunky"
The checkout worked and I got through it okay, but it felt a bit slow to me and a couple of the steps weren’t super clear so I had to pause and figure out what was next, it wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of average overall...

I felt kind of embarrassed after getting these because I expected a lot better for the price. The fit was a bit off, and the finish scratched way easier than I thought it would. They just felt kinda cheap overall.

I ordered some parts for my WRX, and the fitment info on the site was, like, actually correct. I didn’t have to sit there guessing or send a bunch of messages to make sure it would work.
Everything lined up the way it was supposed to, and the install was smooth overall. Always nice when a site doesn’t say something fits when it kind of doesn’t.

I was able to find the parts I needed, so the site does get the job done. That said, the checkout process felt a bit slow and clunky. If you’re ordering from here, I’d just give yourself a little extra time and double-check everything before submitting. It’s usable, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

"Fixed eventually, but the delays stuck with me"
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, they did get it sorted in the end. But the whole process took longer than I expected, with a lot of back and forth and slower replies than I would’ve liked. I found myself having to check in for updates, which got frustrating. Maybe I’d feel better about it later, but since the slow communication is still fresh in my mind, it’s hard to call it a great experience overall.

"Bad first impression with inaccurate stock info"
Not the best first experience. I tried ordering a part that was showing as in stock on the site, only to find out later it was actually backordered. That’s frustrating when you’re planning around getting something on time. Customer service did respond, which I appreciate, but the website really needs to have more accurate stock updates.

My order went fine, like smooth enough, and the tracking was easy to follow the whole way. The parts came when it said they were going to, so that was nice. I didn’t have any problems with it, and I’d probably buy from them again.
